Learning Chinese Culture, Multicultural Coexistence and International Cooperation

In 2016, Helping Hands and Hearts Japan welcomed an international student from China for a domestic NPO internship. The activity focused on multicultural coexistence, international understanding, Chinese culture and language classes, information sharing and learning about international cooperation.

Through this internship, the student learned how NPO activities connect people from different cultural backgrounds. She also experienced how culture, language, communication, web-based information sharing and international cooperation can become practical learning themes in a Japanese community setting.

The 2016 domestic NPO internship was a practical learning program where an international student from China joined HHAHJ’s activities in Japan.
